Questioning the identity of the man Estelita Mendonça along this Spring/Summer 2014 collection interprets the contrast given by a uniform to the perception of someone as a veil. Finely associated the lengths contrast a certain approach of the materials, highlighting a feminine and masculine balance.

"Estelita Mendonça is a brand that cares to understand, study, interpret and reinterpret the identity of the man who wears it. It's a constant pursuit of worldly concepts that in one way or another affects the perception of our own identity. This search is passed to the pieces through an experimental design of shapes, materials, trims etc.
The SS14 collection is based on the idea of uniform and how the uniform can make someone anonymous functioning almost like camouflage netting for the identity of the individual. Cuts made by hand, in a hospital PVC white and black are inspired by the same camouflage net involving the body and identity in a foggy cloak"
